Happy Halloween!

So Halloween came early at the Bane house hold. Mom had the day off so decided this was the best day to go trick or treating. No big surprise Devin went as The Man in the Yellow Hat. He thought it was cool to be able to pack his George around with him everywhere we went.





Made a stop at Mamaw & Papaw's House and while we were there had to stop and have a snack.

Meeting Curious George

So after leaving Thomas the Train we headed into St Louis. We had been wanting to take Devin to the Curious George Exhibit at the Magic House. Well it was one of those good news, bad news situations. Come to find out it was the Magic House's 30th Anniversary and they weren't charging admission all weekend, however, everyone withing a 100 mile radius of St Louis with small children were there. Needless to say it was a "tad" busy.

This ought to tell you what Devin thinks about the Man in the Yellow Hat. We had lots of opportunities to meet some of his favorite characters from the books and shows. Devin Refers to him as the "hat". Think our Halloween costume should be a big hit, but you'll have to wait and find out!

New Hat

So Devin is in love with hats. One of our good friends, Ethan, got him his first hat. It happened to be a St Louis Cardinals hat. Unfortunately Devin has outgrown the hat, even though he insists on still wearing it. So while we were in St Louis we decided to get a new one that fits. Devin was just super excited to get to wear it.
