Halloween Camping - Diamond Lake

Tate called it a fairly early evening.  When this kid knows when he has reached his limit.  He asked to go into the camper and get ready for bed.  He got his jammies on and climbed into his sleeping bag.

Devin has really become quite the reader.  He loves his boy scout head lamp.  It comes in handy when he wants to read in the evening.

Tucked in and ready for bed in our camper.  They love the bunk beds.

Tate feeding the fish at Diamond Lake.  The fish are unbelievable.  They start swimming on top of each other to get at the food.

Devin with his bag full of fish food.

Check out all the fish.

The kids begged and begged to ride go-carts.  We finally gave in and let them ride.  Devin and Tate were both tall enough to drive the mini carts.  They thought that was pretty exciting.

Devin loved getting to drive.  It definitely makes him feel grown up.

Here comes Tate driving his orange race car.

Look at his face, pure joy!

You could hear them hootin' and hollerin' all the way around the track.  They were having a blast racing around with their cousins.

After all the fun we had in the morning, it was time to get our Halloween costumes on.  We decided to participate in the costume contest.  We all dressed like the family from the Diary of the Wimpy Kid Family.  We looked like we jumped straight off the books pages.

Grandma & Grandpa Wolsing dressed like swamp people.

I'm not sure what he likes more, Trick or Treating for candy, or handing it out to all the other kids.

Look at this line of people handing out candy!

They had so much fun riding the go carts, they begged us to go back.  This time the adults got in on the action.  We had a blast driving around with our kids!

The Second Cousin's enjoyed our camping weekend at Diamond Lake.

After dinner, we took Addy and the boys to the Haunted House.  I love this picture so much.  Check out Devin & Tate's face.  They were scared to death.  Addy, just wasn't real sure, and the adults were all smiles.  The haunted house was a lot of fun.
