Zip-lining

I had taken the day off to volunteer at field day.  After field day was over, I surprised the boys with a fun adventure.  We headed to the Hoosier National Forrest to do some zip-lining.

We zip-lined at Eagles Wings in Leopold, Indiana.

Grandpa helping me get a picture of Tate.

Devin was willing to smile for me prior to starting our adventure.

Tate all geared up and ready to get started.

They were both a little nervous before we started, but they both ended up loving the experience.

Grandma & Grandpa Wolsing came along for the ride!  They enjoyed the experience as much as the boys did.  Such a fun afternoon!

We are only missing Dad in this picture.  He was unfortunately at a work meeting, but we would have never gotten him to zip line.  He is too afraid of heights.

Tate getting hooked up for his first zip-line.

Devin zipping down the zip line.

Grandma was up next.

Grandpa gets major style points.

Getting ready for our 2nd zip line.  We look over at one point as they were hooking up Tate and he was doing the sign of the cross.  He is always worth a good laugh.

Devin getting ready to zip next!

Grandma Zipping into the platform.

That smile says it all!
Such a fun and adventurous way to end the school year!
We are so proud of what Devin and Tate have accomplished this year.

Tate getting quite the push on the last zip line.  It was over 1200 feet long.  It was one fun ride.

You could hear them, but they quickly slip into the woods and then they were out of sight.  On this zip line we actually went over a small lake.

Devin on the long zip line.

We all survived and the boys can't wait to go again!!
