After Tate's Kindergarten celebration was over, we quickly headed to Evansville to have his ear tubes removed.
Tate patiently waiting on Dr Shinabarger. We were literally the only people in the entire surgery center. We were even able to start sooner than scheduled.
Dr Shinabarger came out to speak with us after. It only took a few minutes. He was telling us how Tate was cracking them up before they started. The anesthesiologist placed the mask on Tate's face and told him it was laughing gas. Tate removed the masked and said "I thought you were going to put me to sleep". The doctors definitely weren't expecting Tate's quick wit.
This picture is for size comparison. The picture on the left is when Tate had his ear tubes placed almost 3 years previous. The picture on the right is today. Hard to believe how much he has grown.
