Our last Summer Hoorah, found us making our way to Wisconsin. We were camping for the week just south of Madison, WI. We found this little cheese gem along the way.
We met Grandma & Grandpa Wolsing in the small town of Monroe WI. We stopped to visit the Nation Historic Cheesemaking Center. We received a brief tour and learned how they made cheese years ago. After learning about the cheese making process, we headed down the road to a wonderful cheese shop.

We visited this cheese shop. We were hoping to catch a tour, but missed the tour for the day. They did have a nice viewing area where we could watch their cheese making processes. Their cheese shop, however, was phenomenal. Devin & Tate were both in cheese heaven. We sampled all kinds of cheeses and they each picked out their favorite kind.
Swiss cheese cow! We were headed out of Monroe toward Madison. We stopped at New Glarus along the way. We stopped for some lunch, shopping, and beer. Greg really likes a beer they make at New Glarus called "Spotted Cow". Its a beer you can only purchase in Wisconsin. After our stop in New Glarus we made our way to the campground.
