We woke up in our 1st port of call - Cozumel Mexico. The weather was beautiful and we were excited to see the sites and sounds.
Beautiful skies and beautiful boat.
Devin & Tate were so excited to be in Mexico. I hope it lived up to all the hype.
Tate found himself a lobster friend.
We decided to rent a jeep for the day and explore the island. Devin & Tate loved getting to hang out in the back of the jeep.
We made our way to the far side of the island and found our first beach. It was sunny & warm, but the water still felt a little chilly.
We had decided we would just put our feet in, however, Tate had other plans. Tate tends to be a little clumsy. I don't think he made it more than 1 minute before "falling" in and getting soaked.
He spent most of the day shirtless, so we could dry his clothes out.
We stopped for lunch and had some authentic Mexican food, which is right up Devin & Tate's ally. After lunch, they enjoyed swinging. The older boys enjoyed the "scenery" views from our table.
On our way back to the port, Tate ended up falling asleep in the way back part of the Jeep.
Once we were back to the port, we rented a rickshaw to haul Devin,Tate & Grandpa back to the boat.
Away they go!

I just love the art work and detail on the front of the ship. If you look at all the filigree you can see other characters.
