We are using an Advent Calendar to help all of us keep things in perspective. The season is about giving back, family, and our faith. Our first day of our Advent Calendar was to setup our Nativity scene as a family this evening.
One of our little Shepards didn't fair so well. He's obviously in need a little repair.
The boys set out the Nativity scene as we talked about Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus. Thomas the Elf was very quick to be our little Shepard's stand in. He's always interested in what the boys are doing and it was no different tonight.
I think Thomas fits in perfectly. Glad he also takes the real meanings of Christmas to heart.
