We treated the boys to front row seats to the Fantasmic Show at Disneyland. It was one of our surprises for them. We had great seats and we were served a sampler of desserts and drinks. Devin, Tate, & Mom waiting for the show to start. We were alittle afraid, again, that we might miss out on the Fantasmic show. It started raining only a few minutes before it was supposed to begin.
Dad, Devin & Tate waiting for the show. I think we might be jinxed when it comes to this show. We have never seen it in Florida, because we have always been rained out. We thought it might happen again, but we got lucky and the show went on.
This is the dessert sampler we all recieved. It was filled with cheese, crackers, grapes, chocolates, and several other very tasty goodies.
Yummy!
Mickey starting the show. Fantasmic is all about the things we can dream. Mickey dreams all about good and evil things. They battle it out in his dream and the good ultimately defeats the evil.
Here comes the snake from the Jungle Book.
The crazy chimps from the Jungle Book.
Up next Pinocchio and how he wanted to become a real boy.
Here comes the pirate ship with the entire pirate crew.
Peter Pan and Captain Hook battled it out.
Watch out Peter, Captain Hook is right behind you.
Up next, the princess'. We saw Ariel, Belle & the Beast, and Snow White.
The dragon is coming to life. Will evil win over good?
He even breaths fire. It was amazing the heat we could feel coming from the dragon.
He caught the whole river on fire. What is Mickey to do?
Mickey fights the evil dragon with his good thoughts and saves the day!
The paddle wheeler come around the corner driven by our favorite mouse, Steam Boat Willie.
Steam Boat Willie
The paddleboat full of our favorite characters. Celebrating Mickey saving the day!
Buzz, Jesse, and some others from Toy Story.
Yeah Mickey!!
Immediately after Fantasmic was over, we were treated with some fireworks.
After the fireworks we hightailed it back to our hotel room. We definitely managed to wear both of the boys out. Tate didn't even make it out of the park before he was asleep.
It was a very long day, but filled with wonderful family memories.
