So this has been a big week for Devin. He got his first potty paper from Laura his daycare provider. He finally decided to use the bathroom at her house. He went #2 for her and she said it was quite big so she gave him two stickers. This was such a huge deal. Laura gives them a piece of paper with their name on it to hang where everyone who comes and goes can see. He was very possessive of his potty paper and stickers. Devin even got to bring his potty paper home and he was so excited to tell Mom all about it. Unfortunately Dad being a dad didn't think this may be something we would want to save for his scrapbook so Devin had already picked the stickers off of it by the time I got home. Next time he gets a potty paper I will make sure to get a picture to show everyone.
On another potty training note - when I went to get Devin up this morning he asked me for a change because he was wet. Maybe this is all starting to sink in and we can REALLY begin potty training. Our goal to have Devin potty trained before August. Here's hoping!!
