This is obviously a before haircut shot. Just look how long his hair has actually gotten. This is a bittersweet moment. Hard to believe Devin needs his first hair cut and it getting so close to his first birthday.

Dad stopped by to be part of Devin's first haircut. This is the before at the salon. Devin is just trying to figure out what he is in for.
Devin got his very own cape. I held him while the hair dresser cut his hair. He acted like such a big boy. He sat just like an angel and never even made a peep. All of the ladies at the saloon "oohed and
aahed" over him the entire time.
Two pretty handsome guys. This haircut makes Devin look like such a little man. I am still in disbelief of how old he is getting.
