Greg and I unexpectedly got a trial run of what it must be like to have a baby. I was at work and started to have some regular contractions. After calling Dr Reid, he sent me to labor and delivery to make sure nothing was wrong. After seeing something questionable on an ultrasound they decided that I needed to spend the night in the hospital and be seen by a specialist. We spent most of the next day waiting to be seen and that gave us some time to think. Greg started a list of neccesities for our trip in October. After another round of ultrasounds, everything turned out to be just fine. The baby is developing normally. I am still having a little bit of trouble with contractions, but with medication they are managable.
